I really enjoyed how Colbert satirically defended the “douchebag” as Dan Savage dubbed him yesterday. It’s kind of sad when the Colbert Report reads more into a subject on a story than the local newspaper.
I was cracking up while watching this last night – mostly because to the non-Seattlite gasworks probably seemed like the most unappealing place to have a 4th of July picnic.
Jesus with a gun was awesome, there really isn’t any more that needs to be said about this….
I liked the Yakety Sax.
as soon as he said “war on the 4th of july”, I just knew it was going to be about that guy and gas works. it’s pretty embarassing really.

#3 – Agree, that defending Easter animation is absolutely brilliant.
Glad that Colbert seen the bigger picture; no one in Seattle seemed to.
@4: Also the Benny Hill theme, hence the reference. That song + sped-up video almost always equals funny.
Hey Cato,
Everyone in Seattle sees the bigger picture. This twit isn’t even from Seattle.
