  1. I really enjoyed how Colbert satirically defended the “douchebag” as Dan Savage dubbed him yesterday. It’s kind of sad when the Colbert Report reads more into a subject on a story than the local newspaper.

  2. I was cracking up while watching this last night – mostly because to the non-Seattlite gasworks probably seemed like the most unappealing place to have a 4th of July picnic.

  3. as soon as he said “war on the 4th of july”, I just knew it was going to be about that guy and gas works. it’s pretty embarassing really.
