Tonight and tomorrow night, NWFF presents the ambitious PALMS, a performance that concentrates dance, music, poetry, and design into one space. The story concerns a wild animal becoming a woman. The elements of “snow, cake, lighthouses, confined spaces, pockets, shadow, hands” are in this story. And the reason why it’s worth recommending is its participants (Paige Barnes, Evan Flory-Barnes, Baso Fibonacci—to name some) are very talented. Art to art.
