OPENINGS
Hui Lau Shan
This mango-centric dessert chain based in Hong Kong, which uses Ataulfo mangoes (also known as the “honey mango”) in sweet treats like juices, pancakes, pudding, and slushies, has opened its first-ever U.S. store in Redmond.
