During the New Year’s Eve festivities around 2:00 a.m., a woman flagged down a Seattle police officer near the intersection of East Pine Street and Boylston Avenue and told the officer that a man assaulted her, a police report says.
The woman had been waiting in line to buy a hot dog from a street vendor at 1500 Broadway, when “an unknown Asian male pushed his way to the front of the line,” the report continues. Decidedly breaking from the Seattle norm of passive-aggressive silence, she informed the man “that he had to wait like everyone else.” He then turned around and “punched her in the head two times,” and promptly fled on foot. Police could not find the suspect.
I really hope the woman got a free hot dog. She deserves it.

There’s no “e” at the end of “Snooki”. It’s important.
so wait, did he take the hot dog when he fled? Can’t believe nobody chased after the prick.
I thought getting punched in the face was part of the entire street-food experience?
Stupid fucker’s gonna cut in front of the wrong person one of these days, and when he does, I sure hope his health insurance is paid up.

I only wish it were so. This guy sounds like he’d be too pussy to actually confront another male. Who punches a lady out for a freaking hot dog?
Would Vegas even give odds on this guy being high at the time?
I would hope that the vendor wouldn’t sell to the person who cuts in line
She broke from the norm of passive-aggressive silence, but she fell into the second norm: opening your mouth without being prepared for the possibility of violence. Oh, you liberals make me laugh with your hope and idealism.
New Year’s Eve is the night for assholes, isn’t it?
I had that happen to me while waiting for drinks in the big ass line at The Cuff on a Saturday night. Some queen who thought he was too fabulous to wait in line decided to skip to the front. I pulled his ass back and informed him where the back of the line was… and I’ve never had so many people thank me for speaking up.
