Has working in a vegetarian restaurant converted you to vegetarianism?

I like the cause, but I am not opposed to eating sentient beings. I have a hard time restricting myself like that, and I don’t believe in doing something just for an idea or an ideal—like joining the military. Martyrdom is silly.

What causes do you support?

Geography.

Where has your love of geography taken you?

Well, I grew up in Puyallup, and I moved to Seattle. I kind of always knew I would end up here. I don’t see myself dying anyplace else.

What do you do in your free time?

Hang out. I played the trumpet in the Infernal Noise Brigade for a while. I’m really interested in urban planning, which is how I justify my major. But I have yet to unleash my talent.

What talent?

You’ll know it when you see it.

That sounds a bit cryptic. Does your talent include carving a giant ‘A’ for Andy onto the chests of your victims?

No. I am not a psychopath.
