Rachel Lerman at Puget Sound Business Journal writes:
Paseo may not be dead after all. The popular Seattle restaurant’s assets, including its name, were purchased at an auction Friday for $91,000.
But don’t get too excited. Lerman writes that Paseo’s “recipes were not included in Friday’s sale.” So if the thing you most loved about Paseo was the equipment they used to make the food or the name of the restaurants, you’re in luck!
