Many places that serve food give preferential outdoor seating to diners,
especially during meal hours. Bah! Theyโ€™re generally accomodating
to drinkers during non-busy hours, though. Some notables: Sorellaโ€™s (Madison Park), Triangle Lounge, El Camino (Fremont),
Serafina (Eastlake), Sapphire (Queen Anne), Madame Kโ€™s (Ballard).

PLUS! An interesting tidbit: many state
parks, like Lake Sammamish and Green River Gorge, allow tippling in
