Namesake explained: A palomino is a horse that has a
luxurious golden coat.
Famous palominos: Bamboo Harvester, aka Mister Ed (the
writhing lips were the result of his efforts to dislodge a strip of
nylon thread placed in his mouth); Golden Cloud, aka Trigger, the movie
costar of Roy Rogers (in a display that can only be described as
apocalyptic, Trigger could walk on his hind legs).
Happy hours: Daily 4–6 pm and 9 pm–close.
Happy-hour drink specials: A bevy of $4 delights, including
draft beers (Thunderhead IPA, Samuel Adams), select wine (Sycamore
Lane), and select cocktails (cranberry mojito).
Happy-hour food specials: $5 pizzas, half-price appetizers
($7.50 red king crab with artichoke dip).

I went here expecting not to like it all that much, but I have to say the lavender cosmo and the lobster ravioli were hella tasty!
Do they still have their Gorgonzola fries? I used to stop by there after shows MANY years ago for those. Nice to hear they are still around!
