vanity-mirror-style partitions all in a pretty row.
Previous tenant: Sugar, an
infraction-plagued
nightclub.
The creepy turnover: Immediately following a dance-floor
shooting, Sugar was shuttered and abandoned. A King Cobra regular who
assisted with the preopening remodel described the eerily untouched
scene—the bar stocked with liquor, empty beer bottles on
countertops, blood still smearing the wall.
Happy hours: Drinks: Tues–Sat 4–8 pm,
Sun–Mon 4 pm–2 am. Food: Mon–Fri 5–7 pm and 11
pm–1 am.
Happy-hour drink specials: $3 drafts (Sierra Nevada,
Mothership Wit), $2 Olympia drafts, $2.50 Coors Light bottles, $2.50
well drinks.
