Cross your fingers, toes and whatever else you got! Just signed an offer to buy the building, after their brokers called and said they’d prefer to sell to us. We’ve left it all on the field and are hoping they’re serious!

That’s great news. Assuming they’re not over-extending themselves, owning your own location can be a much better situation for any business. This may be an even better situation for them, in the long run.

Yay! This was my neighborhood bar for ten years. Even though I don’t make it down there much these days, I’m still rooting for them.
