We recently got this email:
While it’s wonderful and nice and gratifying to be recognized… uhh…. I couldn’t figure out the best way to respond to this. So I ignored it. Today he sent a follow-up email saying, “I emailed last week… Can you help us spread the word by adding the badge on your blog.” He seems intent on hearing from us (but not big on question marks). Help me craft a response!
