WEIRD & AWESOME WITH EMMETT MONTGOMERY

I’ve already written about this comedy/variety show (there are only so many comedy showcases to showcase, you know), but that was before I attended one. And what an adorably magical time it was! Montgomery keeps the lineup diverse and sincere and surprising. All are welcome: storytelling, dance, spoken word, straight-up jokes, and anything else that can play out on a stage. ADORABLE. Annex Theatre, 7:30, $10, all ages.
