As you may know, Seattle plays host to a ridiculously good, weeks-long jazz festival around this time of year: Earshot Jazz Festival. It’s one of the best excuses to get out of your binge-watching, rain-avoiding cocoon and enjoy some mind-blowing live music. And now we’ve got the full Earshot schedule, with over 50 shows of eclectic jazz programming, on our Things To Do calendar.

Some things to look forward to: Wayne Horvitz’s great Some Places Are Forever Afternoon and the ghostly experimentalism of Paul Kikuchi, plus tributes to the dearly departed Ornette Coleman, a huge Shaprece/Bill Frisell/Roosevelt Jazz Band showcase at Benaroya, and much, much more!

EverOut is The Stranger's new website devoted to things to do in Seattle and across the Pacific Northwest. It has all the same things you're used to seeing from Stranger EverOut Staff, just in a new spot!...
