This is the kind of event that makes it seem like Capitol Hill isn’t completely lost (YET!). You see, the fifth annual Linda’s Fest! (a fest with an exclamation point!) is 100 percent free. They set up a stage in the back parking lot and promise that “the Rainier will be flowing wilder than the Columbia River!” This year, the roster includes a bunch of bands with super-excellent ladies playing in them, including Chastity Belt, the Young Evils, Kithkin, Tacocat, and—last but NEVER least—Thunderpussy.
