Australian singer, songwriter, and comic Tim Minchin is fucking hilarious. But, hey, don’t take my word for it: Go to YouTube, search his name, and watch “The Pope Song” or “10 Foot Cock” or “If I Didn’t Have You” or “Storm.” Minchin’s songs about love, lust, boobs, popes, prejudice, hippies, and homeopathy have made him a huge star in the UK and Australia. We could use a star like Minchin in America—someone who’s ferociously irreverent and willing and able to take the piss out of fools. Help make him one. See this show. 1. @1 – What? Someone bailed on you? If I didn’t already have my own ticket and people coming with me, I’d so take your extra ticket. Be sure to at least say hi.

  2. Highly highly highly recommended is his Song for Phil Doust, which is on youtube and makes me laugh very hard every fucking time.

  3. @ MacC, yes, I did get bailed-on by one of the three people I was planning to go with. Her loss – Anyway, I will see you later! Looking forward to it.
