Any More Foreclosures And This Will Happen For Real: Ikea Heights

You call this crap “news”?
What about the ballgane last night:
The University of Washington Huskies ended their Longest in the Nation 15 game two year losing streak and won a football game.
Go team!
The new losing streak tally currently stands at zero, and counting.
The USC Trojans will be in town next week.
(btw- the term “dawgs’ is appropriate only when used in reference to the Georgia Bulldogs. When you girls misuse it you humiliate yourselves even more than losing 15 straight. please note and remember it…kthknx!)
you realize if you never post anything at all about college football some folks may start to wonder if Slog is about nothing but BUTTSEX…
i’d love to finish reading the nytimes article on water pollution but it keeps turning into a massively annoying anti-virus software ad that hijacks my browser with pop-ups =/

Ikea Heights was just horrible. Please warn people about that.
Ikea Heights isn’t horrible, it’s hilarious!
It’s got Portland’s Matt Braunger in it–he’s hilarious!
It’s doing well on Channel 101–and that’s hilarious!
And episode four of Ikea Heights has a cameo appearance by former Seattle-based stand-up comic ANDY PETERS (who has just recently moved to LA)–and HE’S hilarious (although, admittedly, in episode four of “Ikea Heights” he just gets punched and lies down…which isn’t so hilarious but it goes on the resume, which is nice for him…)
I am just a little disturbed at the product placement in IKEA heights.
It’s a bit blatant.
I mostly just enjoyed Ikea Heights for the confused-looking shoppers in the background.
