Seattle Police Fatally Shot Man in Magnuson Park: We don’t know much about the incident as of this morning, other than what the police blotter has reported. Police say the shooting happened after the man partook in an armed robbery in Northgate Mall, drove away with a second female suspect, confronted an apartment complex manager in the parking lot, allegedly fired shots at the ground in the manager’s direction, and shot at officers during a vehicle pursuit. Police say officers opened fire on the man when he stepped out of his vehicle carrying a gun. The man, who has not been identified, died at Harborview Medical Center.
