And is it just me, or does the caller from Madison, WI sound just like Anthony Michael Hall (the blonde kid from The Breakfast Club)? The slow speech pattern, the weird pauses mid-sentence, the muffled sound of his voice, etc.
This is a comment about the girl in the lab. I was recently in a similar situation. fell hard for this friend and colleague and then he started dating someone else and we got in like this big fight, in which he just assumed i didn’t like his much younger girlfriend. But then we didn’t work together for about 2 months and it was super helpful. Also Dan thanks for saying that thing about him opening up from the beginning because he wasn’t under pressure.
