The Northwest Chocolate Festival is like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory come to life. Hundreds of different kinds of chocolate, wine, coffee, and other decadent treats are set out in fancy presentationsโand you get to walk around the room and EAT AS MUCH OF IT AS YOU WANT. There are workshops by award-winning pastry chefs, too, but anyone who goes to the Chocolate Festival to learn is an L7 weenie. You go there to eatโall chocolate, all day. (Northwest Rooms, Seattle Center, www.nwchocolatefestival.com, 10 amโ6 pm, $12.50 adv/$15 DOS)
