Seattle can expect a light round of snowfall this weekend, the National Weather Service advised in a special weather statement.
“Expect hit-and-miss snowfall accumulations around 1 inch or less at almost any time from Saturday through Monday,” the statement reads. “Any snow accumulations are likely to melt a few hours after occurring.”
Also, the NWS reports, Seattle hasn’t endured a winter this cold since 1985.
