Long before he was spicing up such Hollywood fare as
Ocean’s 39 or whatever installment they’re up to, British
actor Eddie Izzard made an international name for himself as the
world’s preeminent history-obsessed heterosexual transvestite
comedic solo performer. This weekend at Seattle Rep, Izzard returns
to his roots, with two performances of his new solo show, Work in
