Drag superstar Jinkx Monsoon isn’t just a pop culture icon and RuPaul’s best friend and a 2014 nominee for a Stranger Genius Award. She’s also the star of the funniest drag cabaret act in American history this side of Kiki & Herb. With musical collaborator Major Scales, Jinkx revisits and reinterprets pop classics by M.I.A., Madonna, Cyndi Lauper, and Snoop Dogg. There’s a hilarious backstory involving an avalanche and mountains of cocaine, and everyone in the audience laughs so much their organs hurt. Hardcore drag fans and completely oblivious people from the suburbs alike love this show. It’s fucking great. (Seattle Repertory Theatre, 155 Mercer St, seattlerep.org, 7:30 pm, $42, through Nov 2)
