There are a lot of expensive things to do in Seattle this weekend (namely, Bumbershoot and PAX) and festivals in nearby cities you could travel to, but if you’re staying in town for Labor Day weekend and on a budget, there are still plenty of good options for last-minute entertainment that won’t cost more than $10.
