Thursday night at the DNC, Khizr Khan, father of of Capt. Humayun Khan, who was killed in Iraq in 2004, delivered a damning and emotionally-potent rebuke of Donald Trump’s wall-building, anti-immigrant, anti-human platform.

With his wife, Ghazale, standing silently next to him, Khan dropped a string of barn-burners that set Twitter on fire.

Such as:

“Donald Trump, you’re asking Americans to trust you with their future. Let me ask you, ‘Have you even read the United States Constitution?’ I will gladly lend you my copy.”

And:

Have you ever been to Arlington cemetery? Go look at the graves of the brave patriots who died defending America – you will see all faiths, genders and ethnicities. You have sacrificed nothing and no one.

And how about:

“Do not take this election lightly…Vote for the healer, Hillary Clinton, not the divider.”

Watch the whole thing. It’s worth the 10 minutes of your lunch hour.
