Cartoonist Peter Bagge, creator of the fantastic comic Hate, comes to Town Hall to promote his new ambitious project: an illustrated biography of Margaret Sanger, the early-20th-century sex educator who founded Planned Parenthood, popularized the term “birth control,” and was arrested after opening the first birth-control clinic in the United States.
