I‘m sure you don’t care. You’ve got dreads and smell like Nag Champa at all times, so why would you? We’ve never spoken, but I see you at least once a week. We even frequent the same bar and buy bananas in the same spot. I’ve seen you naked. You haven’t seen my boner, but since you posed nude for that charcoal sketch class, we pass each other constantly. I always make a point to tell whoever I’m with, “Hey, I’ve seen her naked.” My boys always think it’s funny, but the girls not so much. You got a nice hippie pussy, keep it tight, iiaaaite.

  1. @50 and @51: I’d be laughing my ass off if the two of you weren’t so pathetic. New unregistered comments every two posts? Do your parents read your emails, too?
Another four years until you finally get your driver’s licenses must be tough, huh?

  2. @53, of course anyone can submit an IA, it’s just that anyone who submits anything that jeuvenile sounding while appearing to think he’s some kind of hot shit will undoubtedly generate a lot of laughs. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  3. @ 56:

The laughs are funny and I’ve laughed, too. Does anyone doubt that this person is juvenile? What person who vents through The Stranger’s “I Anonymous” is not?!

What really cracks me up, though, is the idea that his behavior is somehow abhorrent or creepy. Though he may be, there is nothing about this submission that suggests he’s anything more than a typical puerile dude with raging hormones.

  4. His behavior is abhorrent and creepy. Art models are providing something valuable, and he is being grossly disrespectful of that, and does not deserve one second more of any of their time.

“typical puerile dude with raging hormones” theory aside, most people are respectful enough of people offering them a valuable, non-sexual favor not to act like snickering douchebags.

  5. Sounds like the sort of trust-funder who’s an artist/poet to get laid.

Hey baby, want to come up to my room to see my collection of lithographs?

  6. @57: “What really cracks me up, though, is the idea that his behavior is somehow abhorrent or creepy. Though he may be, there is nothing about this submission that suggests he’s anything more than a typical puerile dude with raging hormones.”

Sorry, but his creepy “I’VE SEEN THIS WOMAN NAKED” might be exciting if you’re a pre-teen, the thought that he’s somehow knowing her TRUE NAME by knowing what her vagina looked like above a certain age *is* creepy.

Lord help this dude if he ever visits a strip club.

  7. @60.

More haughty prudishness and inability to see things for how they are.

Nothing suggests that he’d behave abnormally at a Strip Club.

Jeez…. This I Anonymous post is juvenile, and the OP will probably regret this in the future. But there is hardly anything about it that warrants the utterly ridiculous, in-a-bubble prudish idealism I’m reading from all of you.

A round of chill pills for all of you!

  8. Christ, Anon, you’re a total loser. You actually brag about seeing pussy? What are you twelve? If you’re an adult, you’re really really really really sad, and your “Brahs” aren’t laughing with you….they’re laughing at you because this is the only pussy you’ve ever seen….and you’ll probably never get any closer to one (and will never get hippie girl’s since she doesn’t know/care you’re even alive).

  9. I was hoping that I, anon was talking about how stoked he was on a hot, hairy, hippy pussy, instead of the usual pre-pubescent wanna-be women prevalent today.

  10. A pointless IA and a bunch of dumb comments. I spent years pursuing figurative art. Nude bodies (male & female) were in abundance. I occasionally modeled myself when money was tight.

And yes, sometimes sexuality crawled into the moment. I’ve seen models blush from the attention, get hard-ons, and get asked out in studio environments. I’ve even dated a few models I met through art classes.

IA is an immature schlub, no doubt. And his type is always present in any drawing class–losers who can’t get laid and are too cheap to just go to a strip club if they really need to see a naked body.

But all you people who think life drawing classes are 100% non-sexual environments are kidding yourselves. Ever heard of Dr. Sketchy? Stop being such fucking prudes.

  11. I took a few life drawing classes in college, and it’s unfortunate that the profs always had to start out with a lecture about how people needed to act mature. I remember in Life Drawing II a guy who for some sad reason always stood next to me would repeatedly draw nothing but the model’s breasts, or draw the whole model but make her breasts unrealistically large, or put a huge amount of detail into them when the rest of the drawing was barely more than a suggestion of a body. This same guy was also incredibly uncomfortable, and would sometimes complain, when the model of the day was a male or an older lady.

There’s nothing wrong or unnatural about having some sexual thoughts about a nude person, even in a completely non-sexual context. What’s wrong is that rather than override that with the rational mind, a person descends into immature obsession over the person’s nudity. The fact that Anon is using it as a way to feel superior to her as well is even more disturbing – you got off on seeing her, but behind her back you’re going to mock her nudity that you enjoyed so much? As many others have said, clearly you have never experienced pussy up close and personal if this is what you feel you have bragging rights over.

  12. a lot of nudity happens in the name of “art”
but, really, drawing a woman’s naked breasts and shaven pussy has little to do with art but everything with sex, even if the drawing takes place at an art college or university.
men come to these sessions for the t and a.
(hey, for $15 – $20, they can be in the company of a naked woman for three hours)
women pose naked because they know that’s what the men are coming for and men pose naked because,…well, because they are men.
i am an older guy and i have posed naked at art colleges and universities for years.
