The owners who previously bought the U-District location of Chaco Canyon Cafe have re-opened the place as their own venture, with a similarly organic, sustainable, local mindset. They’ve partnered with local producers like Communitea Kombucha and Firefly Kitchens, and the menu features healthy, plant-based sandwiches, bowls, soups, and salads in additions to juices, smoothies, coffee, and tea.
