Do you want to see more photos from the weekend, from the Seattle Erotic Art Festival? Sure you do. Click “continue reading” to see tons more (NSFW). There might even be one of yours truly holding Jimi Hendrix’s big white, uh, “jimi”. I couldn’t agree more with Savage. God Bless that SEAF.

What I would have bought, could I have afforded it…

People, awesome people…

And my absolute favorite moment… holding Jimi Hendrix’s penis! An actual Cynthia Plaster Caster! Originally cast on February 25th, 1968!

Somehow I thought Jimi would be bigger…

Totally cool picts and you look SO adorable! Yum! 😉

It should be, “Please don’t sit, touch, or LIE on the penises.” But don’t worry, everybody screws that one up. They shouldn’t, but they do.
Wow, that is one deer-in-the-headlights expression on my face!
Yes, don’t “sit” on the penises.
Awesome!! Looks like a fun time was had by all!
Jimi could probably, uh, extend his range quite a bit when the, uh, occasion arose….. heh, just sayin’ …..
AND Kelly, I love your ring! I, too, have a thing for ginormous fingerwear……..
It was a nice relaxing time on Saturday. Had fun sitting in the blow up chair, perusing the art, but I would have loved some racier performances.
Friday night was my first time at SEAF, and it rocked!
I’m not an expert on visual art, but there was an abundance of not-boring stuff to look at, including a certain beautiful 20-something woman on the dance floor wearing black boots, white stockings, black booty shorts, and a very fetching top. (Whoever you are, I can’t you out of my mind.)
And the DJs – Jen, Riz, and Coral – were thumping.
@6: I completely agree. I *assume* they’re limited as to what they can do because of the Liquor Control Board… sure would be nice if they could break free from that.
Courtney Love was there?
For the record, making those plaster casts is awfully complicated. It’s pretty easy to lose your concentration and start to go flaccid while you’re playing with alchemy on your dong.
Chances are he’s bigger, and just lost his train of thought.
wow it is even more boring/gross/creepy than I had imagined it to be…
My favorite moment of SEAF was when I was walking in and passed a guy standing outside with his approximately 9-year-old son, to whom he was in the middle of saying, “Well, Daddy didn’t think about the fact that it was an ‘erotic’ art festival and that you’d have to be 18 to get in. Huh.”
Yeah. I’d say Daddy definitely didn’t think about it.
Okay, I have mixed feelings about sharing my thoughts on this in a public forum. However, I am the artist that made the “Bed of Nails” and so you all know the sign was only needed after two ladies (I use the term loosely) thought it was okay to crawl over my artwork and broke over 28 castings. Artist can’t always be at an event like this to keep a watchful eye over their work. So I forgive the hasty typo, in SEAF’s sign. It is an easy mistake and mistakes happen,… Right? Well to the two ladies that broke my artwork. I do not consider your actions a mistake. What the hell were you thinking? This artwork is made of WAX!!!!! Besides this is an ART festival not your high school kegger! Just because it was an after hours party doesn’t excuse your excessive cock lust. Keep it in check ladies. This work has value which you have vandalized.
Yeah, sure I can see how two girls crawling over a bed of cock could be pretty hot to watch. And I am all for bending the rules, but when I do I am responsible for my actions. Accountability is part of what holds our society together. I guess I should be honored that my artwork made you lose control and drove you into an uncontrollable pleasure prostration over the work. Problem is, I am not honored to have your person damage my artwork that was made at great time and expense.
If your going to perform a spontaneous action on a work of art without permission from the artist you better be prepared to deal with the consequences. Ladies (you know who you are) I would have most likely forgiven you if you had just apologized rather then run off. However, your lack of respect for Art and the artist has been noted. I would like to return your lack of respect the only way I can because you remain anonymous. Hopefully this gets back to you so you can feel the rightful shame of your actions. So I say to the two ladies that so showed an amazing lack intelligence “Fuck off!” Stay off my artwork and consider staying home until you can learn some self control.
