This weekend, you can try Taiwanese food at the grand opening of Bao House in the International District or the debut of the new pop-up BaBaLio, lounge in Big Mario’s new patio, hang out at the new beer garden at Pike Brewing, or snag some crack pie and cereal milk soft-serve at the Milk Bar Ice Cream Social & Bake Sale. Bao House
This new restaurant in the International District, which softly opened at the end of May according to Yelp and which will have its grand opening at noon this Saturday, serves Taiwanese steam buns stuffed with fillings like roast duck, fried chicken, and BBQ pork, as well as side dishes like popcorn chicken and egg rolls. At their grand opening, they’ll be offering buy-one-get-one-free deals on all bao and drinks, and guests will be able to get a bao and drink for $7.99 and get a second bao and drink free.
