He should bump up the number of SC justices to eleven. I'd read an article last year that laid out the process for doing so and I kinda think it was actually really quite simple? Like, definitely not requiring any sort of amendment or anything, maybe not even a piece of legislation? Or maybe, that's all it is, a legislative bill? I'm too lazy to look it up right now, and also bet someone here likely knows without doing so.
